In New York City a teacher at a local school faked a death certificate saying that he daughter was dead and that she had to go back to Costa Rica. She took 2 and a half weeks off, and she would have gotten away with it to if it wasn’t for the fact that the font type on the death certificate. The school staff were suspicious that the font looked off alignment on the certificate given so they called in a investigator that confirmed that it was a fake. So for her reward for faking her daughters death a misdemeanor and she lost her job in the school system. This is sad if she wanted to take vacation so badly then just use vacation time.
