It seems like only yesterday when I talked about a video game movie getting green lite well here we go twice in one week. Warner Bros who I feel is going out on a limb is going to produce a new Mortal Kombat movie. Last year there was a trailer for a new Mortal Kombat movie that was very dark and very edgy and it caught the attention of the internet when they found out the trailer was a way to push the movie studios out there to buy into making yet another Mortal Kombat movie well it didn’t work at first. No at first it did not catch anyone’s eye so they made it into a web series. Well now the guys at Warner Bros are making this web series into a movie and it should be coming out next year. I hope this isn’t going to become a re-birthing of video games into movies like they did back in the 90′s because that was tough to handle at any age. I still cry when people mention the Mario brothers movie.
