A couple of months ago Abercrombie paid the Situation to stop wearing their clothes stating that he is cheapening the brand. Well he is no counter suing stating that they are making money off his good name. What happens Mike Sorrentino bought the rights to the name ‘the situation’ back in 2009. He claims that since the the clothing line has ran promotions called ‘The Fitchuation’ and ‘GTL… You know the deal’. So with the situation suing them the company may have to pay out if the courts see that the company has been profiting off of his name. I have to say this is the most pointless story of the year.. The idea that I found this as ‘news’ shocked me which is why I had to write about it… come back in 30 mins we will have a better story for you promise!
