In Phoenix, Az a man fired off his Ruger .357-caliber Western-style revolver by mistake when he went to the bathroom and the gun fell out of it’s holster. Once out it then fired a shot that bounced off the floor, then off of a light and on to the floor 5 feet away from another man who was peeing. The cops did not arrest him but are going to charge him with one count of endangerment. I know that in Arizona you are allowed to carry you gun western style around the city but there has to be a stronger fine for shooting off your gun by mistake.
