My Morning Joe
AT&T just a couple of weeks ago announced that they plan on throttling bandwidth of customers that use over 2gb of data in there UNLIMITED DATA PLAN. This is in direct violation of the FCC Open Internet Rules which tells companies they can not throttle the bandwidth of their customers. So here is the deal a year or two ago you could get unlimited data for $30 a month but with the internet getting bigger they moved to a tiered plan that gives limited internet. So now for $30 you get 3gb of Internet. So what AT&T is doing is if you have the unlimited plan and you go over 2gb they will throttle your phone to speeds slower than dial up, but if your willing to dump that plan and go with 3gb plan then you will get 1gb more than what they limited you to as a Unlimited customer. Man I can not wait for the lawsuits to come out over this one.
